When I left my colleague yesterday, we did the usual peck on the cheek thing. She said that my face was cold. If I put my hand on my face now, it is quite cold. I have felt a tad tired lately (which isn`t like me). I am used to feeling absolutely knackered through my work so I don`t notice a bit of normal tiredness. Should I look into this further?
Nothing sinister comes to mind and this "coldness of the face" is only 24 hours old........no big deal.
If I remember correctly, you are on an antidepressive drug..citaloprim I think and that may well cause your tiredness.
Monitor the situation for the next month or so.
237....if you think that it is anaemia, due to B12 defy, you could ask your GP for a blood test, but I thought that you had had a blood test several months ago.
I would be surprised if it was B12 defy.
Thanks for the further replies - NoM I do have a sluggish circulation but I had just been working so I doubt that`s the reason.
Sqad - I`m wondering now if I was fighting off a bit of a bug because I looked quite pale and I do that before I go down with something. I`ll keep an eye on it though (and try to eat some meat every now and again) Re the blood tests no, I haven`t had any and I`d like to keep it that way (I went through two years of blood tests etc with my Mum`s illness and don`t want anything to do with any of that if I can help it. Last blood test I had was for Malaria and that was a few years ago. Thanks for the replies. (I hope I haven`t tempted fate now :-)
