I have general arthritic problems caused by ulcerative colitis and hypermobility. The other day my friend accidentally fell on my hand, and my wrist felt like it had been put out very slightly. I shook it and waggled it and try and get it back to normal but now it clicks when I move it/twist it, and feels a bit weird. If you rotate your wrist several times very fast, does it click? I'm wondering if the clicking is normal.
