Good morning sqad. I'd appreciate your opinion. Due to my ongoing UTI that antibiotics can't seem to eradicate, my urologist sent me for a, bear with me, this is all translated from Spanish so I am not familiar with the English medical terms, Urotac. I collected the results yesterday and am a little bit concerned about a" small simple cortical cyst on the left kidney" and an " incidentaloma supra renal 2,4 x 1,7 cm that shows a little foco that suggests an adenoma rich in libidos. My daughter won't comment and says wait until I see the urologist, I think I can see him next week, but am airing for a urine test result to take him too. Waddyafink ? Should I be worried ?

U don't say whether your Urotac was done with C-T scan, MRI scan or neither, ..........but will comment on your post anyway ;-)
Cortical cysts....no big deal....you can leave with them and are not likely to be anything to do with your UTI's. No treatment necessary as they are almost always , non-malignant (not cancer).
The suprarenal adenoma is interesting.......again not malignant (not cancer) and many people have them without them presenting any problems and again i doubt very much that the have anything to do with your problems.
Interesting report........but no big deal.
