Oh yes, I expect there will be quite a few going on that one.
Have been watching helping sizes for months. It is very slow, but effective eventually. This Christmas I've had the lurgy and (judging by my clothes 'cos scales don' t seem work here) I reckon I've lost about half a stone - and still eating up the chocolates!!!! This I can do. Yeeah, a kick middle bit!!!

I did it before over 10 years or so ago and gradually (over about a year) lost the stone extra I was carrying. It crept on over the next 5 years because I met Mr. J2 and was happy (tension and misery eat up calories).
I think your right, Barsel.
What are you drinking ?.
its back to a low carb diet for me,i lost 2 and a half stone in 8 months but alas ive fallen off the wagon over xmas :(

///Then 'HE' got it and didn't get out of bed for 3 days///

Wow, that's some great Bladder control!

Hopefully

;o)
I've been very fortunate in never having to consider a weight loss programme, but know people who have struggled - so wish everyone who's trying to get trimmer good luck in the New Year.
I'm not overweight, I just feel bloated. That's partly IBS, or should I say mostly...

My new regime is about getting "Match Fit" if the Ayatollah and I are going to TTC again. I just want to eradicate all the risk factors for another ectopic, one of which is coffee... which I drink by the bucket load.
