Diabetes Type 2
8 Answers
Hi Anyone on here diabetic type 2? Just wondered if any of you are on Tresiba insulin or Victoza which is an injection to basically help lose weight, I have been on Victoza for about 18 months and apart from going off coffee (which I used to drink by the gallon) and off some foods, I have not lost any weight TIA

Himself has Type 2 diabetes and is now considered barely diabetic (if that makes sense - as his readings are low). He has lost lots of weight over the last year or so but this is as a result of decreasing his food and alcohol intake and upping his general exercise level ( not going to the gym etc). Hope that goes some way to answering your question.
Sqad, the 3mg is approved as a weight loss drug for obese people
