I'm so tired I don't actually know which way is up.

What will this test look for or show up?

237 is right , that will be the main thing they want to check with your symptoms.

I've been bleeding heavy for 22 days I'm tired and drained and very pale throw in a headache too. My iron tablets haven't kicked in yet.

Guess I'll find out soon enough

What the others have said.. Hope iron tablets kick in soon. I know what it's like, had similar problems few years ago. Keep us posted.x

Anaemia caused by low haemoglobin levels isn't the same as iron deficiency anaemia. They probably want to check the haemoglobin levels to see if that's what's causing the symptoms

I hope they do too, fed up feeling tired. Unless I need more than I'm taking to make up for what I've lost.

I wish I hadn't bothered going back on the pill. Last time I listen to the blinking hospital too x
