Wee update on my laryngitis thread.....

I had diagnosed myself with some life limiting illness lol

Low calcim low creatinine

Low folate got folic acid 4/12

Rechecked vit d & thyroid...

Vit D low so have a prescription for Cocalciferol/ Fultilum D3 for 3 months!

Roll on not feeling like a zombie anymore!!!! I also lost 6lbs this week eating well :0D

Hope you pick up a bit now, stop diagnosing too - nearly everyone I know is on Vit D at the very least.

When i got it today i thought eh? I dispense this to alot of older patients.... do you think its because im getting a good bit older very soon!??? Haha!!!

I really hope i just get back to normal i cant describe how tired i felt i could just have cried!!

Anne i hope it continues! Over easter aswell! Go me x
