I have just had a shock of my life, my coil fell out today whilst going for a wee. Oh my god, I am petrified. I am bleeding, had a period for 3 days, but why did this happen? I have no pains or side affects. I hope I'm not pregnant.

It happens.....not commonly, but it happens.
No big deal.
I would doubt very much that your pregnant and if your period was very heavy, then that could well be the cause of you IUD falling out.
See your GP on Monday.

Thank you sqad, I will go see GP on monday. Ummm, I can't get the implant, it makes me fat because I eat like a piggy when that's in, don't ask why.
