What is the best and fastest way to tone up the midriff area? I have lost a bit of weight and have gone down a size but the middle bit lets me down. I am going out on 4th Nov and would luv to show off my new shape if I can only find it in time so help please

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.crunches, obviously! Pull your stomach in and hold it for a few seconds, this is great cos you can do it anywhere! Get hold of a hula hoop, you can pick them up from Woolworths for about a fiver, if you can get the hang of them they're great 'cause it doesn't feel like you're doing exercise! ANother exercise is called the "hip bridge" lay on the floor with your knees bent (as if you were going to do sit ups) Then push your hips up so you create a straight (but diagonal) line running from your shoulders to your knees, hold for a few seconds then return to start position.
Leg Raises, lie on your back arms relaxed at your side, then raise your legs off the groung about 6inch and hold for a few seconds then raise another 6 hold then back to the start. Control your breathing. Another exercise is to sit on the floor use an object like a football or hard back book would do, with your legs out in front of you pass the object around your body. So you would put the ball as far behind you to the right and then pick it up from the left and repeat.
