She's 37, well, if she's still alive, have no idea.

Just hope she is thriving and is well-loved.

I never met me father, ever, curious maybe, but that was it, but Mrs sqad went on and on and on until she got his telephone number and made me ring him. He didn't want to know and when I told Mrs sqad of his disinterest, SHE burst into tears......LOL.
I explained to her:
I am watching Match of the Day on TV and the telephone goes and a voice says "Hello, I am your son"
My answer would be "Forget it and Manchester United have just gone one down and would put the phone down."
Yes, give her a thought for a moment, then get back to AB....;-)

Feeling decidedly raw today for some unexplained reason.

Sqad, years ago, Mr Alba asked me what I would do if she turned up on the door-step, to my utter horror I heard the words 'I'd shake her hand wish her all the best'
He would have invited her in for a cuppa.

I think I'm just torn about her conception and hoping she's ok.

Albs my OH was adopted and after many years of muttering about finding his family, posted on Genes Reunited with an unusual family name only to find that he had 5 brothers and a sister,some already deceased. This at the age of 70 and being, he thought, an only child!
