Hi Eleena
I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid long after I was diagonised with arthritis.I don't think the the two are related .Under active thyroid runs in my family .My Mum and sister had it and two of my nieces have it .Neither of them had or have severe arthritis ,only me .
Tilly ,I've tried all sorts of supplements none of which help.
Tea is not going to help me to be able to stand in one place for longer than ten minutes or help me not have to sit on a perching chair to cook and prepare food.
If there was a cure for this painful debilitating thing people would be queuing round the block and I'd be first in the queue:)

I'll jostle you for first place, shaney - but not very much in case I jar my wrist - or back - or.........whatever. I've just had to organise 'assistance' for my trip to Thailand, because I simply cannot stand in a queue for long. 10 mins. in standing position is enough to set me up for a poss. 2 days on paracetamol. :(
