A study has been published in the Lancet:

but in the summary the UK is not mentioned among the best performers. Could this be another anti-British plot/campaign ?

Given that the UK has the lowest cancer survival rate in western Europe, I'd hardly expect it to get a mention in that article as being a 'best performer'!
