bad breath

Any suggestion on how to get rid of bad breath I've been to dentist and complained she say maybe its post nasal drip what caussin this.I floss,brush twice a day gargle with mouth wash and I stll have this terrible taste in my mouth back in the back of my throat.It's quite embarrassing.It is very much so affecting my social life. It's just driving me crazy. HELP
