it has to do witht he fact that when boys are born, there testicles are still in their abdomen - then they descend, but the nerve pathway is still there, meaning extra nerves for that one area. This is also why if you get a really hard kick there, it hurts in you stomach

It has also been made particularly painful as a way for men to protect their bits, and therefore keep them from harm- meaning the human race can continue. Imagine if they didn't hurt at all! You could break them or lose them, and then no reproduction would happen and the world would end!!!!

I've always wondered just how much it really hurts. My boyfriend seems to complain an awful lot when I think they've only sustained a slight knock. Is there a real equivalent for girls? Getting elbowed in the boobs is stupidly painful, but is it on the same level I wonder.
