Stress Relief

Experiencing stress (to a greater or lesser extent) is a part of the human condition.
How do others here cope when presented with stressful experiences?
TV?, Meditation?, Drink?
Thanks. :-)

Been trying to thing recently Tills (it happens from time to time) but what was that book that you recommended to me when we met up??
//Meditation seems to have the opposite effect on me at the moment,so avoiding that, but sex works//
meditation/mindfulness and the like drive me crazy. Just don't get it at all...it stresses me! As far as sex goes, whats that then? I seem to remember it from years gone bye but the details elude me at the mo!!

Not sure it's sailing through life with not much worry, Nailit.... 2008 taught me not to worry about things....deal with them and if I can't don't worry about them....
It taught me also to not stress about things... that's a road to nowhere for me...
I know from clients that regular massage...and a good, prescribed massage is brilliant for reducing stress...x

My work is stressful. When I've got a lot on I tend to work off a tick list else it's easy to get overwhelmed.
Other stress (there's a lot of unpleasant stuff going on in the background right now) is more negative. I tend to a) crack on b) talk to my friends but c) it tends to manifest itself in upper back and neck pain so I've got a jolly good osteopath.
I have also tried to adopt an approach of not getting wound up about stuff that doesn't matter or that I cant change.
