Cocodamol And Alcohol Severe Toothache

Hi there I've had severe toothache the last few days getting worse. I took 2 cocodamol 30/500 1 hour ago and it hasn't touched it. Im going to the dentist in the morning I can't take Ibuprofen because I'm on Rivoroxaban can I have a glass of wine?

"Do not drink alcohol while you are taking Co-codamol Tablets.Alcohol may increase the sedative effects of co-codamol and makeyou very sleepy.It can also increase the risk of some side effects"
