Having just had kehole surgery which involved my belly button, the thought makes me shudder. The wound wouldn't heal. Was told that bb piercings often get infected. Nobody should be

The hole it leaves in your cartilage is permanent, Ummm. They can heal but you can tell it was previously pierced especially on the nose compared to say, ears.
