End Date

Does anyone know that if a pain relief gel date is end of September - would it still work in the next few months ie the strength of it that is.

One month may not matter too much but a year certainly would. I would recommend just throwing it away and getting new. It's not like it's overly expensive.

It would probably diminish over time. All you can do is try it.

Pain relief gel doesn't work for everyone anyway.

so basically JJ.. the longer it's out of date the more likely it is to cause skin irritation. Why do you want a large quantity of our of date pain relief gel?

I know some doesn't work but this one has given me some relief so wanted to see if I can get a "bargain" on Amazon.

Jj was it prescribed by GP? I think it will still be ok, if you ask your pharmacist they will say no. Is it still working?

I've got pain relief gel that's out of date by 3 years - it still works just fine.

Don't have gel but ibuprofen that was out of date by a long way. I think it was fractionally less effective but when there's no new stuff in the medical cabinet... it does fine.
