I'm finding it so hard. I feel so guilty. I want her back. She was my world. I miss her.

I too went through the emotions your feeling now. I sometimes still get a pang, it's just not as bad and not for as long. I'm sure your mum wouldn't want you suffer. She'd want you to go on and be strong for her. My thoughts are with you.
Is there anything you specifically feel guilty about... because sometimes that can be harder to deal with.
Its still very soon and normal to feel this way and sorry Wolf on this time I would argue this is not the time to blunt feelings with pills. When I lost my husband last year I reduced my dose I know the best way is to feel as much as you can bear as grief is a natural process and something that is better if you can get through it. The thing I do feel strongly is talk about her, remembering the laughter and good times as well as the bad, it may be you realise that you brought her so much joy and happiness it will start to out weigh any guilty feelings.
