Apparently only if under 18 or under 19 and in full time education. (I looked it up)
Students (over 18) don't get reduced (or zero) NHS dental fees simply because of their student status. However it's possible that they might qualify for help through the NHS Low Income Scheme. See here:

The cost of bloody students!!
I have a left winger too. However we agree to differ.

We do now he's older.

It would be way cheaper to have him living at home.
