Veganin are pretty good as they contain Codeine as well as paracetamol.

Nurofen Plus are good, although they do tend to make me feel a bit 'zonked'.

I also find generic strong (400mg) ibuprofens just as good and cheaper.

If it's really bad, why don't you go see your Doctor(GP) ? That's what they're there for and that's they get paid for. There are lots of medications to treat this, so don't suffer in silence....
