because if you try to talk or mention things.people say you keep playing victim your life is easy you don’t do this you don’t do that you don’t know what hard work is you haven’t been through nothing you have been through abit of bullying stop using it as a excuse . How do you keep what’s on your mind to yourself and not even mention anything on any questions or answers place not write it down neither as you don’t want others to read it any suggestions to keeping things just to myself but in healthy way .

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I can’t talk to family members or friends they have to many problems of there own aswell I just want to learn to like keep things completely to myself for a long time have not posted questions kept to myself I feel guilty for starting again want to learn to somehow just keep it all to myself not ever involve anyone else or feel like am putting things on others.
It sounds like you may be struggling with your mental health, and these people are making it worse/ causing it. I wish someone told me to do these things ten years ago, i hope you take my advise here.
Cut toxic people (like you have described) out your life. Even if you're left with no one.
Walk for at least an hour a day, ideally in nature (woods, park, beach)
Get a dog if you can look after it well.
nourish your body with good food, but still allow your self some treats.
Listen to radio/ music wherever possible (especially radio 1 on a sunday at 4pm)
focus your energy on something positive you want to achieve ie a sport.
Do not go on social media websites and look at peoples profiles.
google the word narcissist, and know there are many of these types of people in the world. Try your best to avoid them.
