I would have thought my careful phrasing of my point made it entirely clear that I wasn't disputing the quality of the advice, and neither do I lack any awareness of the subject. If I am ignorant, however, my ignorance also extends to believing this is a site where one asks questions and receives answers. I believe this is quite explicitly explained on the front page, if you'd care to look.

In Denmark the law changed some years back so it wouldn't have to be the abused person who had to press charges, last year (i think) it was further implemented that it has to be the abuser that moves away from the home and not the abused who has to seek refuge.
