without looking it all up, has anyone experience of side effects of Ibuprofen.

i am seriously constipated, which is ironic as i have the opposite problem usually, that i have been battling with for over two years.

If I take it at night it seems to help me sleep, if I take in day it gives me tummy ache, bedtime Im asleep so dont notice, I try and avoid it

It's an analgesic that works for me.
So does Paracetamol, some times combined together.
No side effects to either.

I'm advised not to take it. It can upset your stomach. Always make sure you eat before taking it.

Be cautious if you have high BP.

Same as ummm 8.31. It can irritate the stomach lining and also should be aoided if you are on blood thinners .

Taken now and again no problem, If I need it regularly for a few days then stomach upset even If I take it after food.

it severely damaged my OH's stomach, but that perhaps came of not taking it with food (and of taking it irregularly for years).

If I take too much of for longer than 24 hours I get heartburn. Why are you asking I thought you were prescribed Naproxen, you shouldnt mix and match that family of pain killers
Also side effects vary and you may have a very different experience than others.

i have only just got the naproxen, so for some pain relief i used the ibuprofen.

Are you delaying starting the Naproxen because it's new to you?

no mamy, i only picked it up today. so will take it with the omeprazole for safety sake, actually i feel like carp, believe i have the flu
