Has Anyone Taken Nytol

as most know i am having trouble in that department. A friend is going to get me some later today hopefully. I read that it contains a anti histimine is that the case...

It helps me. Even if you don't sleep it relaxes you. Your body gets to rest even if your mind is awake.

I don't take it daily though.

For me, no. I can stay awake after I've taken it.

I took it when the kids were little. I woke up if they did but went back to sleep when they settled.

I don't take every night.

The side effects of many medications only affect a very small amount of people.
It does depend on other medications being taken and other underlying issues.

Nytol from the side has an antihistamine and the old ones ( generation 1 ) were quite sedative

I went through a bout of not sleeping, and my daughter who was working nights at that time told me that Nytol One a night was the best, not the herbal one. Works for us., even half a tablet for me
