I started my liquid iron on Saturday I don't know if it's the medicine but tonight when I went to do my jigsaw puzzle I fell on the floor and I'm now in bed resting has this happened to anyone one else on medicines for iron ?.

I doubt it very much.

It would be due to your low blood count that would cause your 'fall ".
It will take a couple of weeks before you feel the benefits from your medication.

hm, my OH had an iron infusion last year and collapsed next day. I called an ambulance and the docs at the hospital ran tests. They said the iron business sounded a likely cause and yet the tests showed up no evidence of it at all.
