Omega 3 and 6 etc has been shown to make an improvement in the brain. It is recommended as a supplement for various things including schizophrena and learnign dificulties.
For concentration, the "This Morning Doctor" said it has been shown that Ginko Bilboa and ginseng if taken together makes a marked improvement in short term memory and the ability to concentrate. Herb though do take severl weeks to show any effect . it is not a quick fix.

Omega 3 oils are very good for the heart and circulation too. Get ASDA's own brand, good value.

Incidentally, it has been proven that concentration and learning are improved by listening to Mozart at the same time, depends on your musical tastes though !

Waste of money. Eat oily fish once a week - much cheaper.
What's that got to do with the price of fish?

Omega 3 is mainly for healthy heart and circulation. I too have read that ginko biloba and Korean ginseng are supposed to help concentration. Lots of info about them both on the web if you use a search engine like Google.

I think the best aid to concention is to turn off all external noise, television, radio, cd player etc.

that's right Gef, oily fish is dead cheap to eat every week!
