hey dreaming :) thanks x
whizzy, I know exactly how you feel, believe me there is a light at the end of the tunnel, you just need to find yourself again! I've been there and gone through all that you mentioned. You have to get up and leave everyone to get on with it every so often.
I guess, for me, I've been feeling tired because of work and college, having to move year groups in work after just getting settled with the children I work with ( sounds stupid really but once you've built a relationship with them the worry of having to pass your role over to someone else and hoping they continue to meet their needs is killing me) and to top it all off, I'm not pregnant! :o(

Long walks will help lift the mood. There must be some reason why you are down. We sometimes get out of bed the wrong way and feel grumpy at work and don't know why but a nice walk will help you feel much more better. You wrote this on a Sunday and Sunday is a more depressing day than any other day of the week. It's a fact there are more suicides on a Sunday than any other day. Was it because you have to go to work on Monday? That is one really depressing feeling. The weekend flew by so fast and before you know it its nearly Monday again.
Try dark chocolate as a quick fix lore (it's a real piok-me-up) .I know how you feel ,I have Bipolar disorder (no,I don't get aggressive just spend a lot of money!)and I get really down in the dumps for what seems no reason .Renenber lore life is better than the alternative ,Have a cry when you feel like it then eat the dark chocolate -NOT milk chocolate .Tomorrow will be better for you ,all the best.
Yes,I'm sure we all have those days sometimes - probably a mixture of hormones and SAD syndrome at this time of year when there's little sunshine and lots of long dark nights. When I feel like this I try to look around me and count my blessings. Some of them it's so easy to take for granted, like loving relationships, having enough food, money and shelter to survive, and not being struck down with cancer or some other wretched illness. Then, having talked to myself like a Dutch Aunt, I usually find my mood has improved..
Yes, I think most people have these "down" periods from time to time, possibly a combination of hormones and SAD syndrome at this time of year when there's not much sun, the light levels are low ad dark nights set in depressingly early. My own solution is to look around, count my blessings and be thankful for all the good things in my life - loving relationship, adequate food, shelter and money and the fact that I haven't been struck down with cancer or some other terminal illness. Having then given myself a stern lecture, I usually find I don't feel so bad after all!
