Has anyone done it? I had it yesterday (Tues.) morning & had a hell of a night last night, now after a feeble achy day I seem to be recovering though.

are you saying you have had a second moderna jab? How?
My first was fine, Khandro. Not a twinge anywhere.
My second left me with a strong, dull pain all down my arm. Lasted overnight and most of the next day. A little, localised sore spot for a day or two more but all fine now.

I blamed the slightly different place injected into.
I thought Moderna first ones were only recent. Is this one with a 3 week gap?
I'll be honest, I don't know anyone who's had the Moderna.
One report suggests the supplies havent reached uK yet. Where are you khandro?
He's in Germany I think.
Khandro's in Germany and Gness is in Ireland. I don't think anybody in the UK has had one Moderna jab yet, let alone two.
I had mine and, afterwards, enquiring about the continued need for distancing, I got kicked off Facebook from a Flat-Earth group when I asked if the six feet rule had pushed anybody over the edge yet.
Yes, I am in Ireland. Hundreds of people in the village and surrounding area have now had at one or two Moderna vaccinations. We go from the surgery to be monitored for fifteen minutes or so in the pub across the road.
Chatting to others when I had my second I was told of one lady who felt quite poorly for a few days. Everyone else reported no problems.

It was a nice day out and great to be in the pub with friends again.

A friend has messaged me to say her husband thinks he's dying after his second but that's probably because he's a man..... ;-)
Bit of a sore arm for 24hrs after first Moderna jab - otherwise fine.

I hope to have my second jabbing on Saturday ... will report back.
Lol @ DTC...

I'm in Germany & had my first one on the 2nd March & my first one 4 weeks later (yesterday) how I got the appointments I'll never know. After many attempts on the internet it amazingly appeared - I think it might have been Maradonna's 'Hand of God'-. I've been trying since for the month to get one for Mrs K. but no luck. Mine might have been a cancellation as I only had 10 minutes to grab it.

The first one was fine, just a few aches, last night I went to bed feeling OK but after an hour I started shaking like Elvis, pouring in sweat & yet feeling cold, which cleared after 5 hours. Been in bed a lot today, I think lots of liquids & rest is a good idea. Hope the worst is over.

I saw in the news that Dolly Parton took it at the same time as I did & being a great fan, I keep thinking of her :0)
Dolly fan here too, Khandro. I guess you know she partly funded the Moderna vaccine.

Hope you're fully better tomorrow.
Hope she's making a mint out of it. In the States, they are charging $1500+ per person for vaccination in the private sector.
that's intersting....I understood that all covid vac costs were being covered by the government
She donated. She didn't invest so I doubt she gets a return.
That was to woof
As others have indicated, the Moderna vaccine hasn't yet come into use in the UK:
