Like a lot of people I’ve put quite a bit weight on over the last year, probably heavier now than I’ve ever been, this morning after my shower I decided to take my BP and after taking it 3 times to get a average reading, it was 163/80 , I’ve rank my surgery and was told I’d get a call back sometime during the day which is the way it is just now, at 74, 75 come November , I’ve never taken any meds for anything and have considered this to be very lucky for me but I must admit , this has given me a wake up call, I’ve got no symptoms like dizziness etc

I’m booked in a week Friday for an ECG and bloods

No, just the medical practice

surprised they do ECG there, as i have to go to hospital to have them done.

They do the ECG and then it’s sent away, depending on the outcome , you then might have to go to the local hospital for an Echogram
