If you have had BOTH vaccinations and can afford the documentation and going to a green colour country and would collapse into a jabbering mass if you missed out.........then go.
If you don't comply with the above then stay in the UK.

But Bobbie, it becomes everybody else's business when you post it on here. Not being nasty, just factual. That was my reason for my answer on here. These threads just keep going on and they are all the same.
I think its quite sad though to "live for" holidays.
soz, misquote....for it to be all one works hard for and the highlight of one's life.
Sorry I wasn’t clear APC , meaning it’s my business me going abroad and I accept me posting on here as I did yesterday as well as today , I have to accept opposing views, which I do
I don’t ‘live’ for holidays but I suppose those that work full time might , I look forward to them though
i loved my times away, and would do so again, had my health been a whole lot better. i always came back with a sunny smile and a deep appreciation of anothers culture, way of life. Greece is the place i miss most. I spent a month travelling around and was really sad when i had to come home.

bobbi.....not just you.
The "pan" in pandemic means throughout....throughout the world.
But you are correct, having the facts to hand .....it is your choice... ...........at the moment .
Pressed too soon, yes these threads no doubt will continue till we’re back to normality I’d imagine , with the I would’s and I wouldnt’s
Sqad it may not happen, it’s out of my hands but if it does then it’s a bonus that I’ll take

bobbi...have sent 2 emails to you at 2 different email addresses lol.
I’ve only got two emails Sqad and I answered you, it’ll likely be in your junk folder :0))
I agree Woofie. We have had loads of holidays abroad to loads of places, but never the highlights of our life. But each to his/her own. Health has stopped holidays for me, even in the UK at the moment, but even without covid or my health, Airports these days and all the paraphanalia (sp) spoil holidays for us. They are a nightmare. And anyway, we won't go anywhere without the dog!! She and other pets provides us with a much better life 52 weeks of the year. And we are lucky to live in a lovely area.
Hedonism before Health.
*** me. Even the *** Geordies have got a click.
We’re lucky OHs son is coming up from Norfolk to stay with Lola Apc ( if we go away )
Our son has the dog when we need to go anywhere Bobbi. The truth is we love her being around. She's so entertaining.
Holidays in the sun are great and very therapeutic given our climate. I have more to fill my life than a holiday. For those who don’t, not for a minute would I condemn you .
Lola has been scratching herself terribly lately , I think it’s the grass pollen ( sorry for the digression Sqad)
OHs son loves her to bits , he lost his own dog late last year and really spoils Lola
I keep scratching my head wondering why, if you want to go, stop going on about it and go, Portugal is open, and the amber ones you can go to as well, so whats your problem?
Teacake check, it’s not my OP it’s squads, I’m merely taking part in it
