sleep colours

has anyone experienced when entering sleep in a dark room a frantic red /green glitter effect or same colours in a spinning motion when looking at the ceiling?

is there a name for it?(no, not drugs!)

I have experienced it often. I think it can be explained technically/logically and it is nothing to worry about.
