Could It Be A Sinus Problem
4 Answers
For the last couple of weeks when I have blown my nose in the morning I have blood and mucus in the tissue, today my right eye went blurry, then started weeping from the corner, could this be connected?

The blurry eye might well be blurry because of a tear (pronounced tier, not tare!) in the eye, and that's why the eye started weeping.
I'm just ad-libbing to keep you company until someone like Sqad arrives with better informed advice. Best wishes.

Your eyes symptoms could be associated with your obvious sinusitis but it is unusual and hardly likely in your case.
Your nasal symptoms are typical of sinus infection, but your eye symptoms can be explained by eye problems unrelated to your sinuses.
Take some analgesics, nasal decongestants e.g Vick's Nasal Spray and monitor the situation.
