Cauliflower Ears
7 Answers
Is there any way to get rid of cauliflower ears? I played a lot of rugby between the ages of 15-19 which resulted in both my ears getting mangled and ending up with cauliflower ears. (I know, should have wore protcetion!) I have lived with them for the past 10 years, but I would like to get them sorted somehow, they make me look like a thug if nothing else!
Anyone got any advice?

Also it will depend on how long ago you got the Cauliflower, and whether they have now gone hard. Alternatively, as woofgang says i'm afraid it's cosmetic surgery.
However, one point of caution - this can make your ears turn purple - this is because it is difficult to judge how much liquid to remove, and if too much is removed, it can cause a form of internal bleeding in the ears. Because your ears are 'thin skinned', it can look purple.
it might be a case of reconstruction surgery rather than cosmetic theres only one man to see for any ear deformity and thats David gault (top uk ear surgeon ), operates in various london private hospitals. Any other surgeon will probably make the situation worse ,highly recomended and reasonably priced too
