110 kg or pounds? Jealous of that!
i'm nearly double your weight and i don't touch cornflakes
How tall are you?

I hate corn flakes.
Question Author
6 feet
have you actually eaten half a kilo of cornflakes? That shows admirable taste.
Mr Wasp - do you really think anyone, apart from yourself, cares how Cornflakes affects your weight? Kellogg's maybe?
You are built like a racing snake at 9st 4 and 6'. Eat more cake

Oh dear, double my weight? Ill never have a child. Imagine a child weighs only 5 kg but 6" 10' feet tall. Id rather die of diabetes than being skinny.
A few pints of Guinness a night will put you right
Ermmm...I don't think you want to die of diabetes.
If I ate corn flakes I'd be very, very hungry an hour later. Starving even.
Question Author
that always happens to me. When I hungry I eat more corn flakes (250g - 300g) with 500 ml of Soy milk
Why soy milk?
I won't tell you what I'm eating now...it's not breakfast cereal though.
you need fibre too keep your bowels working - eat some fruit.
I notice your weight is metric, but your height is Imperial.
Any reason?
My weight is either stones or pounds...my height is feet/inches. I hope that's ok?
You’re not even 10 stone!
pasta...perfectly OK.My question was addressed to the OP, who DID use both.
About 200lbs. I haven't had cornflakes for a long time.
The op's off his trolley!
