Me too, and I just spent most of the day travelling to and from London to visit my mother who kept forgetting who I was. My ribs feel like someone has hit me with a baseball bat, and I am having to sleep sitting up . Still mustn't grumble eh...

So many people are poorly at the moment. My dad has had a nasty cough for two weeks now but it's starting to ease off. My brother and nephew had strep A not long ago but they've both recovered.

Well after my accident earlier this week and me getting progressively lower in mood, I was going to say me.

I won't say I'm glad I'm not on my own then!!

I'm on medication so daren't take alcohol and don't fancy it anyway. Doctor has diagnosed me with a viral upper respiratory tract infection and put me on steroids. So got to isolate myself. I have had to cancel Christmas dinner with my daughter and so she will be on her own now and she refused offers so she could spend it with me. Grrh!

That was me last year. I got covid about 3 days before Christmas. My Christmas dinner consisted of one slice of pizza which I didn't really want to eat because I couldn't taste it. You just have to make the most of it I think

I’m poorly too - have bad tonsillitis,swollen glands in neck - can barely swallow. Have been on antibiotics for 4 days now but still haven’t kicked in. And still recovering from fractured spine, which seems to have taken a step back painwise : (
Apart from that….. sending hugs to everyone else who isn’t well x

I've got a torn meniscus. Went for an MRI, where they test you for COVID before you're allowed in the clinic. Test was positive. Isolating over Christmas.

Seriously though, I have been doing so much bragging to my friends and relatives who all seem to be on anti-biotics, I bet I wake up with it on Sunday morning or someone in my family will phone to say I can't go because someone has Covid.
It will serve me right.
