Should I Have The Covid Booster?
19 Answers
I'm currently getting severe pain in my shoulders and upper arms. After ruling out polymyalgia rheumatic and two frozen shoulders, it's been diagnosed as a worsening of my already existing arthritis. I've already put off my Covid booster twice; it's now due on Thursday. But I have to admit that I'm nervous about having an injection into an area that's already painful, particularly as it's just beginning to respond to a change in medication. Any advice, please?

Anti-COVID injections are typically in the arm because that's the easiest place for them without removing lower clothing in a not particularly private clinic. Explain the situation and they'll take you to a private room and inject you somewhere else, typically the rear.

The jab doesn't stop you getting covid, so what is the point?
dsoing!
nope
The R number - beloved of everyone befor lock down ONLY shifted down ( under one) when vaccines came in
ergo the do - they did.
Lockdown DIDN'T shift the R number which gives some support to Woy who says it didnt work. - - look at the science
