Question For Those With Normal Healthy Sinuses

Due to having nasal issues for the past decade, I have forgotten what normal nasal passages feel like. I feel bothered by my nose even at times when I can breath through it.

I am wondering if part of this is me being hyper focused so I am taking a step back and questioning if I am putting all the stuffy sensations I get down to rhinitis, when sometimes it could be normal functioning.

Does your nose often feel fuller or stuff up during the day at times? I am not talking about mucus more the lining

Or is your nose nice and clear pretty much all day?

The "normal " nose often fluctuates in it's airway patency during the day or night, due to changes in air temperature and barometric pressure but especially emotions.

Are you taking nasal inhalers? They can cause the problems they are supposed to fix

I was given a steroid spray for nasal polyps, but it never worked. I gave up sugar, and they completely vanished. It could be a dietary intolerance that is causing your nasal problems.
