Blood Test - Full Blood Count

Not mine but do these 'abnormal' results give cause for concern?

Total White Blood Count 3.80 10*9/L
MCH 32.8pg
Lymphocyte Count 1.25 10*9/L

I realise they are close to 'normal' but I was wondering if these three were indicative of any particular health problem.
