What Is A 'Perve'?

Can anyone explain the term? Does it mean someone who still has sexual feelings who is over a certain age?

Perv, short for pervert, means a person whose behaviour, particularly their sexual behaviour, is considered as abnormal or unacceptable by society.

Erve as a boy's name is of Scottish and Gaelic origin, and the meaning of Erve is "high cliff or verdant hill" Perve is a boy whose parents have christened him with Peter, Paul, Patrick etc ahead of Erve and then chosen to use his middle name as the main one, so he signs off as 'P.Erve Jones'. Poor kid.
