Please see your GP. After several years of quite severe iron deficiency anaemia (Hb regularly drops below 60) and needing blood transfusions and iron infusions, they have recently discovered I have GAVE syndrome. It may not be as simple as popping an iron tablet. (But I hope it is for you 😀 )
