Helly I see you take the Macushield for AMD - I would like to start taking it but it seems to sell as sort of Ordinary or Gold.  Does that matter.  Thanks

We buy Gold as it has extra ingredients.  We only buy the 90 day pack when it is on offer.  The consultant recommended the Gold.

If it's not on offer when I need it I buy other brands with similar ingredients

Sorry jj - I can't remember which ones I took, but it worked! I've got another eye test next week so will see what they say.

Oh let us know helly as my sister got the second injection, painful enough but not as painful as the first. Will get them for her and myself. Thanks Barry for your reply

JJ, there are 2 types of AMD, wet and dry. I have dry and was told there is no treatment for it, but wet is treatable with injections.

The tablets that you can buy don't cure it, but hopefully slow down it's progression.
