Exercise and Dental Pain
My friend and I are having a discussion about whether you should exercise, go to the gym etc if you have problems with your teeth? Has anyone ever heard of this before and if so the reasons for it?
I recently had an abscess which required antibiotics and am now waiting for further treatment to be done, and my friend claims I shouldn't be going to the gym whilst my teeth are still playing me up. I kinda understand the reasons why you shouldn't but don't know for certain if there are valid reasons. Any ideas anyone?
