Blood clots
3 Answers
Does anybody know what the pain feels like if you have a blood colt in the leg. I have this pain just above the knee which is fine when sitting but bad when walking. Think it's possible my muscle but am always paranoid about DVT as I have been on the pill for six years. Nothing hurts when I push down on it.
Anyone that can give me any info before I go panicking to my doctor would be very helpful!!

It was a strange sort of pain, sort of ache come throb. It must have been quite small as it eventually receded on its own after about a year. At least I think it has.
You can take medication to help the clot dissolve. The elderly are by far more prone to this condition. For your peace of mind, see the Doctor.
