Usually blisters are absored back into the body after a few days. If you do pop it though, make sure that you dont do it on the top of the blister, and as close to the edge of the swelling as possible, also ensure that you clean the area fully, a solution of hot water and salt is quite good if you dont want to pay for any of the more expensive items from a pharmacy.
If you want to buy something, you can buy one of the many 'second skin' dressings which will seal and protect the blister from knocks. Cover with a small dressing and let it heal itself.
