Appitite suppressants and Coumadin?

I would like to take an appitite suppressant like Hoodia or Trim Spa but I dont know if it would be safe to take one of them while I'm taking Coumadin? Dr's dont want you to take anything ever for dieting at least mine dont so I havent asked them?
