Can anyone suggest anything for achy legs? Just recently i have started to get aches in the backs of my knees and calfs during the day. Initially i thought i was getting varicose veins but cant see any. I don't particularly stand for long periods but o do a lot of diving and the pain is definitly worse then (especially in my 'clutch' leg!) Any ideas? Its really getting me down!

Thanks

Try Antistax capsules and leg gel. They contain red vine leaf which helps to open up the capillaries . As with any alternative treatments they do take a while to kick in. I used to have aching legs from standing all day at work and I can highly recommend them.
Have a look here

You can get them at Boots ,Superdrug etc. They don't always have the leg gel but Superdrug will order it for you.
Buy a pair of support tights helsbels. They come in light to dark shades. I also use Horsechestnut Cream,it works straightaway:--)
it may be as simple as drinking more water- it hydrates the muscles, keeping them healthy and limber- and ofcourse water is good for every part of your body and is very essential for overall health- i really hope you find a solution! when i was little, i got leg cramps in the middle of the night- my mother also got leg cramps as a child- water always helped me- also maybe some stretching, yoga maybe- regular excercise- a healthy diet- i do think water could do the trick with this one though- good luck!

yes was also going to say it is a sign of dehydration. Just finding some time to rotate your ankles if you know what i mean might help too.

good luck

Take Calcium Magnesium... try that.. but remember to talk to your DR or Physiotherapist.

Look up Calcium Mag online.. It will tell you the goods about it.. I take it everyday because Im a runner.. If I dont take it for a while I will be in so much pain at times I have to walk down my stairs back words... And children who are in "Growning pains" are lacking in Calcium Mag, Give them a chewable once a day and your child will never feel growning pains..

Good Luck!!! Hope I didnt ramble to much hahaJEN
