Kates Cardio Combat dvd is really good. Its with Kate Lawler but dont let that put you off! You can get it on Play.com for about a fiver. Goes through loads of fat burning and toning excercises like squats, lunges, sit ups, military press etc aswell as combining it with boxing moves. Its really good fun although the first few times i did i thought i was gonna die! Thats just unfit me though! Anyway i toned up really quickly. Also make sure you drink plenty of water as lots of caffeine products including fizzy drink can lead to storage of fat....

thanks mktxxxxxx

If you're not increasing your heart rate then it will be most impossible to loose weight. Walking is good for older people (over 60), or heavy people. I cant tell you how often I see young women (30's), with normal to chunky figures walking to loose weight, and they wonder why they arnt, its because their hear rate is barely effected by the walking. Now power walking is good. If you're not breathing heavy, and sweating a bit, or feeling your muscles work and tighten , then your not working hard enough. I can get my heart rate up and break a fantastic swet just by intense stretching and toning, but I work very hard and am very focused to make sure Im not wasting time in my work out. Thirty minutes of intense cardio a day, and you'll see results in two weeks. Good luck!

PS. Im not talking bad about walking, but I think most people misunderstand doctors when they tell people walking is efficient excersising...because it totally depends on the persons weight, age, and physical ability. If they are lacking is those areas and are older in years, then walking can be very beneficial. But walking under 60 years old (usually) is a waist of time.

Swimming. Its relaxing and just seems to kill any hint of cellulite. Also breast stroke helps tone your chest muscles.
Get a mini trampoline, Asda sell them for 15. They are really good for wearing you out and you can use tins of beans as weights. And the best thing is you can do it while you watch telly!
