toning for my holiday!!

hey everyone, i joined the gym mid jan as im going on holiday first 2 weeks of april and really want to tone myself up a bit! i have a really flabby tummy and as much as i go to the gym it doesnt seem to be helping!!! anyone got any good and quick ways of toning tummys?!! i do sit ups but they really dont seem to be helping! i wud love any ideas anyone has of ways to lose weight off tummys, especially the lower part below my belly button as the sit ups dont feel like theyre working this part of my belly at all :-(

Invest in a trampette, think there only about 20/30 quid....you jump up n down on them and twist left to right and you bounce, it works all the muscles in the stomach and if you feel them whilst doing it they go quite solid, what with the twisting side to side...worked a treat for me!!! Also it does your legs as well
Sadly you may find that your body just stores fat around the stomach area like it does me and many other people!
Unless you cut back on the chocolate and other fattening stuff you will never know. You don't have to cut it out completely, everything in moderation!
I have had to go on a low fat diet with lots of exercise to get a toned tummy and it has taken a good few months. You can see it getting flatter though the more you exercise which is good!
I do lots of sit ups, kicks, twisting and jumping around!
