And They Wonder Why Insurance Is So...
News2 mins ago
I decided today, that after 10 years of yo-yo dieting that I have had enough, and want to quit dieting forever. I felt amazing liberated today, and even had a slice of cake without feeling guilty. However, I am a little overweight and need to know how often I would need to go to the gym if I wanted to eat what I like (within reason) and still lose weight.
Anyone else eat "normally" and lost weight by exercise alone?

Just recently I have lost weight by just cutting down portion size and being a bit more careful, as well as doing a lot more walking. I certainly don't believe in 'diets' as such, except for medical reasons.
Years ago I lost well over a stone by walking two miles to work every day instead of taking a bus. I didn't actually need to lose weight then, and was just walking to save the bus fare.
yes you can!!
i dont 'diet' in fact i eat loads :P
but i go to the gym 3 times a week and i lost alot of wieght - sit ups are amazing, and its spooky how much your muscles strengthen in afew weeks - you can do loads and not get tired :P also, competitons help although dont push yourself too hard (and get injured, then be stuck at home, eat loads and gain weight)
